I kind of liked that movie your showing us about the music fest. Some of the songs good but some are just strange. I thought it was funny when that huge thunderstorm came and all those people started freaking out.

I like the Johny Cash music that you were playing. I don't really like country but I like Johnny Cash. His music is very catchy and lyrical. My favorite songs by him are ring of fire an i hear the train coming. He's really the only country I listen too, though he's one of my favorite artist.

I liked the wallflowers concert that I went to. Even though I didn't know any of their songs it was still cool. They put on a really good show and if they ever come back I'm going to see them again.

I realized that a lot of rolling stones songs are actually kind of dark. Like I always thought that the song brown sugar was just about brown sugar, so I was kind of surprised that it was about slavery. Also there was a song about little girl running for her life. It's kind of weird how a lot of their songs sound happy when they're really not.

I'm going to see a band called the wildflowers at ACL live. I haven't heard of them but my dad likes them so they should be pretty good. I like listening to live music a lot so as long as the music isn't terrible the concert will be fun.

I like that revolver album that you showed us. I don't know what my favorite song was from the album but the most tripiest song I thought was the song with the hip hop beat and the weird vocals with John Lennon. I wonder if that song is kind of what started hip hop/rap. If so that's interesting.  Also I forget the name of the song but it had a really good guitar riff and I liked it.

Last summer I saw a band called the Gin Blossoms. They were a band from the 90's and they came out with some good music during that decade. Their first album that they came out with had some good songs though their other albums weren't as good because their bassist/songwriter killed himself because of an alcohol addiction. A lot of their songs on that album were about alcohol, I bet that was the reason why.

I can't wait till I go to ACL, there are a lot of bands that  I haven't heard of but it will still be really fun. The band that I'm looking forward to seeing the most is The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. They're the main reason I wanted to go. Tickets were really expensive and hard to get, but it was worth it.I've been looking forward to the concert for weeks, I just hope on Sunday it doesn't rain.

 I liked the the movie help that you showed us. It was kind of hard to get what was going on in the movie but later on I understood it.. I heard there was another movie like that called yellow submarine, I wonder if it's any good.

Last night I went to see a band that was a tribute band for Pink Floyd. They were called the Australian Pink Floyd. They were pretty good and they sounded almost exactly like the regular Pink Floyd, but what I didn't like Is about half of the songs they played were songs that Pink Floyd wrote after they left the band. Though they did play a lot of songs that I like from the albums The Wall, and The Dark Side Of The Moon. They also had a lot of cool props but one put a bunch of smoke in the air and set off the fire alarm so they had an intermission. I wish they would've played more of their hits songs though overall I liked them.

What is the movie with the Beatles about. I can't really understand what's going on. I mean the movie seems pretty interesting I just don't know what the plot is other then everybody is trying to get aring off of one of the band mates fingers.

I like Iron Maiden a lot. One reason I like them is because they are a metal band and they have layered guitars. Plus there music is riff orientated.My favorite songs by them are (Run to the hills), (The number of the beast), (Iron Maiden), and (Aces High).

I can't wait till we start learning about 70's rock. There's a lot of bands I like that originated in the 70's. Pink Floyd, ACDC, Rush, Led Zeppelin. Out of all of those bands ACDC is my favorite. They have a lot of classic songs.

There's a band a friend of mine recommended to me called Black Country Communion. They've only been around a few years and only have 1 or 2 albums. I don't know if they're good or not but I'm going to download one of they're albums and try them out.

I thought that was insane how the drummer of THE WHO stuck actual dynamite in the drums. I mean he could've killed someone. I'm surprised the band didn't kick him out after that. I would've been furious if I was in a band and that happened. Also what was even more stupid was how he dove into an empty pool. Was he on drugs?

I started listening to a band called three days grace. They're pretty good and I recommend listening to them. My favorite songs by them are break, never to late, and lets start a riot.

I like the beatles better then the rolling stones. The reason why is because they have more hit songs then the rolling stones plus I think John Lennons voice better then Mick Jaggers. Though the rolling stones are one my favorite classic rock bands.

I went to see Roger Waters (the wall) last summer. It was a great concert. What made it really good is Roger Waters made the concert sound almost exactly like the album. Also it had really good props and a good light show. It was second best concert I've ever been to (best was ACDC).

I liked the documentary about the Beatles. I was surprised that at the time the Beatles hairstyles were considered outrageously long where now if a rock band grew their as long as the Beatles their hair would actually be considered short. Another thing that was weird was how crazy people were going everywhere they went.

I thought it was funny how a lot of the bands that you told us about were psychotic. Like Jerry Lee Lewis married his 12 year niece and he was a murderer also. Plus Elvis Presley was dating a girl named Priscilla before she was even 18, and I can't remember the name of the band this was ,but the one that I thought was the most bizarre was the band manager that fell in love with one of the band members mom had a kid and then got married to his mom and became his step dad.

My favorite type of rock is grunge. A lot of the reason I like it is because my dad listens to that kind of music a lot so I'm familiar with a wide variety of grunge bands. Another reason why I like grunge is because I like how the music is very uptempo and sounds kind of like hard rock and heavy metal.  One thing that I thing is strange is how during the 90's a lot of people in grunge bands started taking heroin. Like Kurt Cobain committed suicide because of an addiction to heroin. The singer from Alice in Chains died because of an overdose of heroin, and the singer from Sound Garden use to be hooked on heroin but then quit. I guess the reason rockers were on heroin was because it was just a popular drug in the 90's. My favorite bands are Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Sound Garden.

Of all the artist that you've showed us I liked Jerry Lee Lewis the best. I thought it was interesting how much rock and roll has changed since the 50's.

I just downloaded the red hot chilli peppers album I'm with you. I like it and I think that it's one of the best albums that they've come out with.
